5-Day MVP Development Sprints
Bring us your idea. We scope it, build it, test it, and hand you a working MVP within five days of the agreed sprint scope — from regulated-industry and compliance-adjacent tools to general SaaS, AI, and dashboard products.
The problem
Long discovery phases, ever-expanding specs, and slow agency cycles mean months can pass before anyone can actually click through your product.
Early validation is far stronger with a real product in someone's hands than with a deck. You need working software to learn from — quickly.
Early-stage products get buried under enterprise process. Heavy architecture for features that may change next week slows down exactly when speed matters.
A tight, agreed scope — one core workflow, done properly — is worth more at this stage than ten half-finished features. That's what a sprint is for.
Our answer: a focused sprint. We help you cut scope to what proves the idea, build it end-to-end in five days, and hand it to you running.
Primary specialty
Our named specialty is software where measurement, packaging rules, and document accuracy are the product — an area most rapid-build shops avoid because it punishes sloppy scope.
Also building, every week: general AI MVPs, SaaS products, dashboards, marketplaces, and business tools — the sprint model fits those exactly the same way. The specialty above is where we invest extra depth, not a filter on who we work with.
Services
Practical examples of what fits inside a five-day window. Larger systems start with one of these.
Why this focus
Our founding project was an internal legal-metrology build — LM-SCAN, a document scanner that finds and extracts regulated claims from long technical documents (shown as a prototype in the Work section below — it is an internal build, not a client engagement). Working against measurement-and-labeling rules teaches a discipline most MVP shops skip: the rules are the spec.
We participated in SIH 2026, building under problem statements where correctness is judged against fixed requirements — not vibes. That experience shapes how we scope: freeze the rules, build to them, and make every output checkable against its source.
A compliance tool that "mostly works" is worthless — a missed rule is a missed rule. That's why our sprint model (one workflow, frozen scope, tested against agreed examples) is a genuinely good fit for this domain, not just a marketing angle.
We are not a certified audit firm, we don't provide legal sign-off, and we don't claim past clients in regulated industries — our portfolio is prototypes and internal builds. What we offer is fast, careful software for teams who already know their rules and need tooling built around them.
How it works
One short conversation about your idea, who it's for, and what "working" means for version one.
We agree on a tight feature list, priorities, and the exact scope before any code is written. Scope is fixed from here.
Five focused working days with brief daily check-ins so you can see progress and steer details early.
Tested, deployed, documented, and handed over with full source code. It runs without us.
Feature list agreed and frozen.
Project setup, data model, auth.
The primary workflow works end-to-end.
APIs, third-party services, UI polish.
Fixes from your check-ins, edge cases.
Deployment, docs, source-code handoff.
This is an example sprint structure — the exact timeline for your project depends on the scope we agree together before the sprint starts.
What's included
"Where applicable" means exactly that — if your MVP doesn't need auth or a database, we don't build it in just to tick a box.
Work
Prototype and concept builds — not paid commercial client engagements. Metrics are omitted on purpose: these aren't client results.
Reviewing long documents for specific claims is slow and easy to get wrong by hand.
A scanner that ingests a document, finds the sections matching a query, and shows the extracted passage with a confidence score.
Technology: React, FastAPI, transformer-based retrieval, SQLite
Reading research papers is slow; relevant findings get buried in dense text.
A reading companion that summarizes papers section by section and answers questions with citations back to the source text.
Technology: Next.js, LLM API with retrieval, vector store, PDF parsing
Checking a page for accessibility issues means cross-referencing several tools and manuals.
A helper that runs checks against a page and explains each issue in plain language, with suggested fixes.
Technology: TypeScript, axe-core, browser extension APIs
Sensitive messages often pass through servers that can read them in plain text.
A messaging interface built around encrypted message storage, where decryption keys never touch the server unencrypted.
Technology: Node.js, WebCrypto, PostgreSQL, client-side encryption flow
Data from separate tools arrives at different times, so nobody is looking at one current view.
A sync layer that pulls events from multiple sources into one normalized feed with a live dashboard on top.
Technology: Node.js, WebSockets, Redis, charting layer
Pricing
Final pricing depends on the agreed project scope. These ranges describe where sprints typically begin.
$750starting at
For validating a concept: a clickable MVP skeleton or landing + validation build.
Most popular
$1,500starting at
The full five-day build: a working MVP with real data, tested and handed off.
$2,500starting at
For MVPs with more moving parts: AI features, integrations, or multi-role systems.
$500–$1,500 / month
Continued iteration on an MVP we've already built together — new features, refinements, and upkeep in predictable monthly slices.
Final pricing depends on the agreed project scope. Complexity, integrations, authentication, payments, AI services, and deployment requirements can affect final pricing. These are starting prices for scoping conversations — not universal fixed rates.
Tick what your MVP needs and see where the starting range moves. This is a rough starting estimate — confirmed after scope review, never a quote.
A rough starting estimate only — never below a real package floor, and always confirmed after scope review.

FAQ
Five working days from the start of the build phase, counting from when the scope is agreed and frozen. The five-day promise applies only to the agreed MVP scope — never to everything a startup might eventually need.
No — and we won't pretend otherwise. Five days covers a focused MVP: one core workflow, real data, and the features we agree on upfront. Your startup as a whole is a longer journey; the sprint gets you the first real, working version of it.
We tell you before we take it. Some projects don't fit a five-day sprint, and the honest move is to either cut scope to a meaningful first version or plan a longer engagement. We'll always say which one applies rather than overpromise.
Yes. Full source code is handed over at the end of every sprint, with documentation. There's no lock-in — you can take it to another developer or team the day after handoff.
Yes — deployment assistance is included in every sprint. Typical targets are Netlify, Vercel, or a simple VPS, depending on what the MVP needs.
Yes. AI features — summarization, chat over your data, extraction, classification — are common in our sprints. API costs for AI services are billed separately from the sprint price and depend on usage.
You own everything: code, docs, deployment. Many founders take it and run. If you want us for the next iteration, we scope a new sprint the same way — no retainer required.
Yes, but only when it's a good fit. Follow-up sprints or a support arrangement can be discussed after handoff — we'll be upfront if your ongoing needs are better served by hiring or another partner.
Or just talk to us
Bring the idea in your head. You'll leave with an honest read on scope, timeline, and price — whether or not you book a sprint.
The call is free and there's no obligation — if a sprint isn't the right shape for your idea, we'll say so.
Ready when you are
Tell us what you're building. We'll come back with an honest scope and a straight answer on whether it fits a sprint.
